BPC-157 Dosage and Reconstitution Calculator

This BPC-157 calculator performs arithmetic using the vial amount, bacteriostatic water, and dose you enter. It does not suggest, recommend, or adjust a dose.

BPC-157 is a research compound, not for human use. This calculator performs arithmetic on the numbers you enter. It does not verify, endorse, or recommend using this compound.

About BPC-157

BPC-157 is a synthetic peptide sold as a research chemical. It has not been approved by the FDA, EMA, MHRA, or any other medicines regulator for any use in humans or animals.

Because it is not an approved drug, BPC-157 cannot be legally prescribed by a doctor or legally compounded by a pharmacy for human use in the United States, the EU, or the UK.

It exists only as a research material, sold as a lyophilized powder. That is why it requires reconstitution with bacteriostatic water before use in a research setting, which is the calculation this page performs.

How it works

  1. Concentration = vial amount ÷ water added

  2. Volume per dose = dose amount ÷ concentration

  3. Units to draw = volume per dose × 100 for a U-100 syringe, or × 40 for a U-40 syringe

Worked example

A 5 mg BPC-157 vial (5000 mcg) with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water gives 2500 mcg/ml. Vial amount and dose must be entered in the same unit: switch the toggle above to mcg and enter a 5 mg vial as 5000 mcg.

Frequently asked questions

How many units is my BPC-157 dose?

It depends on your vial concentration and the dose you enter. Set the unit toggle to match your vial label, enter your vial amount, water added, and dose above, and the calculator shows the exact unit count for your syringe.

Why does BPC-157 need reconstitution?

It is supplied as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, which is standard for a research peptide. Adding bacteriostatic water dissolves the powder into a liquid concentration that can be measured with a syringe.

How does the BPC-157 reconstitution calculator work?

It performs arithmetic using the vial amount, bacteriostatic water, and dose you enter in the same unit to calculate concentration, volume per dose, and syringe units. It does not suggest, recommend, or adjust a dose.

Is BPC-157 FDA approved?

No. BPC-157 has not been approved by the FDA, EMA, MHRA, or any other regulator for any use. See the About section above.

Can a pharmacy compound BPC-157 for me?

No. Because BPC-157 is not an approved drug, pharmacies cannot legally compound it for human use.

Does Peptisy give medical advice?

No. Peptisy performs arithmetic on the numbers you enter. It does not recommend, adjust, or suggest a dose. Talk to your prescriber about your protocol.
